The Faculty wishes to appoint an inspirational Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Mechanical/Material/Manufacturing Engineering to help shape our new School of Engineering, Technology and Design provision in particular the areas of;

Materials, Metrology and Metallurgy

Industry 4.0 Manufacturing

Computation Fluid Dynamics
You
will have the opportunity to join a team of computing and engineering educators and researchers at the start of the new School of Engineering, Technology and Design's journey and contribute to the development of a problem-based/CDIO curriculum which will produce work-ready computing programmes graduates that can research, develop, implement and operate inclusive engineering solutions to problems to the benefit of all of society.
We value and welcome applications from diverse range of mechanical/materials engineering professionals from both;

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the computing provision being developed at the University and to work with a wide range of partners to transform engineering education in the region.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have industrial experience and those who are seeking a fractional appointment or a job-share opportunity.
Candidates who want to return to engineering after a career break, would be welcomed, professional development to develop individuals to be engineering educators will be provided.
