There is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Student Support team within the Student Wellbeing Service at Canterbury Christ Church University. Offering a friendly first point of call and to work with the wider team to deliver the best student experience and support for students during their studies. They would be working alongside a team of Support Advisers and Case workers helping to ensure academic progress, student retention and widening participation.

The principal purpose of Student Wellbeing Service (SWS) is to:
Facilitate academic achievement by removing barriers to progression and helping students maximise their learning opportunities.
The Role
The Person
You will be educated to GCSE /level 2 or equivalent experience. Customer Service experience is essential with good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge or experience of using data bases and record keeping systems would be advantageous.
