Ideally these hours will be worked across five short days, but we are willing to discuss alternative options for distributing the hours in a way that would suit both the Union and the post-holder.

Background
Christ Church Students’ Union is seeking to appoint a Medway Coordinator on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). The purpose of this role is to be the dedicated Christ Church Students’ Union staff member at the Medway campus.
The Role
The Medway Coordinator will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the student population at Medway and all aspects related to the student experience, including acquiring knowledge about the modes of study and types of programmes at the Medway campus. You will also need to understand the specific needs of the Medway student demographic, and to think creatively about ways that the Union can support all students at Medway to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
Educated to at least A Level or equivalent, you will have worked with volunteers and have a track record of developing initiatives from idea to implementation, as well as delivering events and activities for groups of people. You are a highly organised person with excellent planning skills and are able to work autonomously, keeping motivated whilst motivating others.
