Part- time (21 hours per week)
Permanent
The Design and Production Unit is part of the Department of Marketing and provides graphic design, web development and print services to the University. The Unit is based on North Holmes Road campus, and at Rochester House, Canterbury.
We require an experienced administrator to support the
entire D&P operation,
including production scheduling, financial record keeping and recharging, organising deliveries and archiving of print materials , liaising with printers and other external suppliers, managing the University's poster booking system, maintaining the central Image Library, and planning and assisting on photographic location shoots.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to negotiate with both clients and suppliers alike. You will have an organised and methodical approach to work, while being a strong team player. You will be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining attention to accuracy, detail and timings, with flexibility in responding to changing priorities.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, friendly and with a positive, professional attitude.
