The Team Leader (Business Operations, Finance and Enterprise) will work proactively, to provide high quality support to faculty and central services colleagues in order to deliver operational activities, with a focus on resourcing and financial planning and evaluation.

As Team Leader the role holder will work proactively, in line with relevant University regulations and Faculty strategies, and external stakeholder requirements. The Faculty Business Operations, Finance and Enterprise team is well established and plays an integral role in supporting the Faculty in ensuring an environment for student success, through the timely and professional delivery of administrative and operational processes.
The role reports to and will work closely alongside the Faculty Manager (Operations) throughout the duration of this fixed-term period.
Please note this role supports hybrid working.
Requirements
To be successful in this role the post holder will be educated to degree level or have relevant professional qualifications and experience. Knowledge of the Higher Education sector is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and an excellent customer service ethos. Excellent written and oral communication skills and well-developed skills in Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
