We are seeking to appoint an Applicant Services Officer to join a small team that administer the set up and maintenance of the university’s portfolio of courses to facilitate applications. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of communication with applicants on behalf of the Admissions and Applicant Services team.
You will provide support to the Admissions Manager (Applicant Services) regarding the set-up, maintenance, and operation of the annual Clearing Enquiry Service. They will also be expected to train staff across the university in key admissions processes.
You will be a team player with relevant experience in a busy administrative environment. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can contribute to the wider team whilst working independently. A high level of attention to detail and good communication skills are essential requirements, as is the ability to quickly acquire and utilise knowledge of university and sector procedures, structures, and regulatory frameworks.
Please note, experience with working with Systems is an essential requirement for this role.
